Ingredients

  • 4 Jalapeño peppers (or any green peppers that can be filled with cream)
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • Seasoning for sour cream cheese (e.g. ranch mix)
  • 175 g Bacon

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven at 220 °C
  • Halve peppers and remove seeds
  • Mix sour cream and cream cheese, add seasoning to taste
  • Fill peppers with sour cream cheese mixture
  • Fully wrap in sliced bacon
  • Bake for ~12 Minutes filling side down
  • Bake another ~ 15 minutes filling side up
  • Enjoy!

Result

At my first try I did not have enough bacon and could not wrap the peppers as a whole. Laid one slice of bacon on top of the filling and could not turn the peppers during baking. Result was still delicious but I think turning the peppers gives a much better result.
