Ingredients

  • 400 g escalope meat (turkey hen breast in this example)
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g almond flour (or pumpkin seed flour for more flavor)
  • 50 g Grana Pado or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare crumbing area
    • Put flour on plate (you can use more flour than mentioned above which will make covering the meat easier but will produce more waste)
    • Put egg in soup plate and mix egg white and yolk
    • Put cheese on plate (you can again use more cheese to make crumbing easier)
  2. Move each piece of meat through every station (flour -> egg -> cheese) and cover fully with the stations condiment
  3. Let crumbed meat rest on a plate for a ~5 minutes
  4. Fry in oiled pan (or ~10 min on 180 °C in air fryer, turn once after ~ 5 minutes)
  5. Enjoy!
