• Dr. Almond Dumpling Dough
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 package dry yeast (and 1/2 tsp honey or sugar – yeast will react and burn it)

Topping ideas

  • foamed hot butter with ground poppy seeds and sweetener (e.g. Erythritol)
  • peanut powder and sweetener

They just look so great. I have to admit that I made a grave mistake and the taste was not so great. I think the problem was that I used some kind of fancy yeast that did not react properly. Looking forward to my next try and will report back with the results here.
